Do unused visits roll over to the next month?
Contact us for the current policy on unused visits.(Not yet confirmed — placeholder until Pope finalizes the rollover policy.)
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
Yes — you can change tiers anytime by contacting us. Your new rate applies starting your next billing cycle.
If I cancel, do I keep my Founding Member rate if I rejoin later?
Founding Member pricing is tied to continuous active membership.(Rejoin terms after cancellation not yet finalized — confirm with Pope before publishing.)
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure checkout — we never store your card details directly.
