These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BLND Collective website, booking system, and services. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

BLND Collective provides private, appointment-only men's and women's grooming services, including haircuts, beard grooming, head shaves, and related treatments, at our studio location and, where applicable, by house call. Service availability, pricing, and duration are listed on our website and are subject to change.

3. Membership Terms

BLND membership plans (Essential, Executive, Elite) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically to the payment method on file. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize BLND Collective to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting us directly; see Section 12 for contact information.
• Membership benefits (including any Founding Member pricing or perks) apply only while your membership remains active and in good standing.
• Unused visits, rollover policy, and rejoin terms after cancellation are governed by the current policy in effect at the time, as communicated by BLND Collective.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text message. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services and memberships is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking or enrollment applies to that transaction.

6. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — whether through our website, at booking, or in person — you consent to receive text messages from BLND Collective related to appointment confirmations, reminders, membership updates, and, where you separately opt in, promotional offers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not guaranteed to be a secure or private channel; please do not send sensitive personal information via text.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate memberships for abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct toward our staff or other clients.

9. Limitation of Liability
